  • High-sugar food addiction works by spiking your blood sugar, which induces the craving to reach that point again.
  • Remove temptation by limiting alcohol and asking the waiter to remove the bread basket.
  • Rather than judging, people tend to follow your healthy lead.
  • People make better choices when they’re given better options.
  • Detox with real food over doing juice cleanse.
