The economy right now is booming and we have a bull market. If you look at almost every sector of the US economy, the US stock market, and markets all over the world, most are in bull markets. You have great investment opportunities hiding in plain sight with financials at all-time record highs, material stocks at all-time record highs but they’re dwarfed by these parabolic moves in stocks like Nvidia and Meta. But when you see the Magnificent 7 stocks trading at 30 times forward earnings, it’s looking like a bubble.

.. as the P/E ratio gets higher and higher.. there's a connection between that and lesser returns.
